The summer indie film season just got hotter and sticker with the new film collaboration of Writer, Sybil L. Curry and Filmmaker, Abdul Malik Abbott.

Four-time Daytime Emmy® Award nominated Producer, Writer, Sybil L. Curry heats up the independent short-film world with her sexy tale of seduction and power. As a producer, Curry is a radio, music and television seasoned veteran, of 20 years who is based, in Los Angeles.

‘BALANCE OF POWER’ the movie is a story about Trish (Dazelle Yvette) who starts to feel powerless in her relationship and wants things to change. Handsome, her boyfriend, (Brian Isom) is a charming, charismatic, gigolo. Because of his love for Trish, he promises to retire in due time, but, still stands by the fact that Trish knew what she signed up for and should understand that he only loves her, the women are just business. Unfortunately, for Handsome, the more he loves Trish, the weaker he becomes. He isn’t willing to let go of the balance his controversial lifestyle has given him. Trish channels her anger for the power to walk away.
