100% Belongs to the Artist: Black-Female Owned Label Challenging the Traditional Music Business.

What if artists could have the backing of a record label without sacrificing a single dollar of their royalties or their independence? That’s the vision behind AMG.

An independent, Black-owned record label, AMG is challenging the traditional music industry model by allowing artists to retain 100% of their royalties while maintaining ownership, creative control, and independence.

While AMG officially went public in 2026, its work began more than two years ago. Long before its public introduction, the company was actively supporting artists and creatives behind the scenes through in-house operations, genuine relationships, word-of-mouth, and opportunities built organically. Rather than focusing on publicity or recognition, AMG spent those years building its foundation, developing relationships, and doing the work. This isn’t the beginning of AMG’s mission; it’s the introduction of a vision that has already been in motion for years.

AMG was built for the artist, the creative, and the underdog. For those with talent, vision, and ambition who deserve an opportunity without having to sacrifice ownership to receive support.

Its mission extends beyond music, representing Black entrepreneurship, financial freedom, independence, and opportunities for the next generation.

For its founder, this has never been about numbers, clout, or recognition. It’s about talent, purpose, and creating something that can make a lasting impact.

AMG isn’t asking artists to give up a piece of themselves to be part of something bigger.

It’s building something bigger without asking them to give up a piece of themselves.

That is the foundation of AMG. And that is the future it hopes to help create.
