Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club will be the host of a special event with the NFL and youth from our community as part of the Walter Payton Man of the Year Awards with Los Angeles native “The Black Bon Jovi” as the speaker.
The Black Bon Jovi is a creative and ambitious writer whose inspiration to write “feel good” music and theme songs for major sports leagues. He has always had the urge to be an inspiring entertainer at the tender age of 12 years old and always enjoyed participating in school, community events and church functions as well as neighborhood talent shows and parades. His well-grounded foundation comes from solid family values, morals and ethics that have been instilled in him since early childhood. He wants to send a message to everyone that is currently going through any type of struggle to hold on and not give up on their dreams. “You can’t get it if you don’t try“, says Dominic.
“I love helping others and spreading positive energy to the ones that are in need” He feels like it very important to help others and that sharing is caring and giving back can make a world of difference. The Black Bon Jovi’s motto is “The Only Way to Predict the Future Is To Help Create It“.
