Emerging Artist Puts His Name on The Maap

Originally from California, hip hop artist The Maap moved around a lot as a kid. Having been given the unique ability to adapt to new environments, his nomadic experience is what inspired him to make art under the name The Maap. Currently working on his debut album “All Around the Maap”, he demonstrates influence from beloved artists like Lil Wayne, Drake and even Panic! At the Disco. Capitalizing on “Bedrock Pop”, The Maap plans to map out a new sound for the future. Predicting that five years from now, he will have a top-charting record label, the young artist hopes to be coined the ‘Artist of the Decade’ for his unique invention of Bedrock Pop. Business savvy and ready to tackle what the industry has to offer, The Maap continues to evolve his sound, stage presence and moves behind the scenes in order to stay steps ahead of the pack.
