A: I have collaborated with several GRAMMY award-winning recording artists including TLC, Faith Evans, Sage the Gemini and Latin reggaeton J. Alvarez amongst others, as well as multiple award-winning record producers including four-time GRAMMY nominated record producer Leon “RoccStar” Youngblood and veteran record producer /songwriter Laney Stewart.

Q: What is YOUR genre?

A: Contemporary R&B

Q: How would you describe your sound/style?

A: Vibrant. I am prominently influenced by the 90s contemporary RnB era in music. Common themes in my music encompass love, in all its forms, from romantic to friendships combined with bold textures and rhythms.

Q: Why music? Describe your passion

A: Music has healed and saved me from a lot of things. It’s all I’ve ever known my whole life.

Q: Who/what inspires your sound/music?

A: I’ve listened to R&B for as long as I can remember. I just seemed to gravitate to that sound and beat over other genres of music. One of the things that attracted me to this genre was definitely the runs. I love listening to the complex runs and riffs of R&B singers. I think it’s so beautiful. Growing up I listened to a lot of 1990s and early 2000s R&B singers and groups like Brandy, Monica, Keyshia Cole, Aaliyah, Tamia, SWV, TLC to name a few. A few present-day R&B singers I look up to are Kehlani and JoJo.

A: I think one of the most important moments in my journey, so far, is living in the UK to get my performing arts degree from Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts, a sub division of Cambridge University. That was a memorable experience, and from that I was catapulted to live in Los Angeles.

Q: Has any of your music and/or content gone viral? If so, please explain and include links.

A: Yes, most recently my record “Don’t Trip” which has over 24million views and counting on TikTok.

Q: Have you collaborated or are you currently collaborating with any special artists, music producers, writers, etc.?

A: Yes, I work closely with producers Laney Stewart, RoccStar and Warren Kurtiss. I love working with Alex Jacke, Merges and Full Circle when songwriting. I have tracks with TLC, Sage the Gemini, Faith Evans and Demarco coming out soon too!
