Cypha Den Music and The Beatnuts combine forces to slay swag rap on their collab effort, “Stand Back”. Taiyamo Denku has been rhyming since before Tim Allen was Santa Clause and Psycho Les of The Beatnuts has been crafting beats since before many famous rappers of today learned how to crawl. With that said, it was only right that these two Hip Hop veterans team up for the die hard sounds behind this single found on Denku’s forthcoming album, “No Industry Standard”. The song now has an official video to back it and i comes from the mind of none other than, Wes Tank.
The video mixes Boom Bap, MMA, the northside of Milwaukee and ill silhouette edits to create a stunning Hip Hop presentation that any true backpacker will greatly appreciate. Denku spits a chorus in legendary, old school Hip Hop fashion. He kicks the hook off with, “stand back (back up), don’t come any closer / I set fire to any track I come close to”. Each verse is overflowing with rhymes and is sure to have you hitting the rewind button to decipher many times over. The video is available on YouTube and Facebook. “No Industry Standard” is set to arrive this coming June.
