Spike Lee Sits Down With Snoop Dogg to Discuss #BlackLivesMatter and ‘Da 5 Bloods’

Legendary film-maker Spike Lee just sat down with Snoop Dogg for an in-depth discussion on his recent Netflix release, Da 5 Bloods, as well as the ongoing civil unrest echoing throughout this nation. Lee donned an L.A. Dodgers hat, while Snoop repped the Brooklyn Dodgers throwback edition; and the East/West love was undeniable. Palpably bittersweet, their conversation began with what might be a surprise revelation for the casual fan: Snoop Dogg’s father earned a Purple Heart in the Vietnam War.
