I actually made you more cookies made with nutella. Because isn’t it apparent I love that chocolate hazelnut pass on in, on, and stuffed in only about everything?
It’s evident that I really love baking you what to produce your weekends happy, inspiring, and fun. Heaven understands that trashing the kitchen up on a Saturday afternoon is kind of essential at Ambitious Kitchen head office (aka my home). But before we talk about all the fudgy love packed into these cookies, I needed to share a couple of my favorite factors lately.
Ready?
1. I’m in love with shaded pants aka luxury pants. Not long ago i bought really sweet wine coloured jeans; these were inexpensive and fit flawlessly! Now I’m on the search for a cranberry or wines coloured coating, but can’t seem to discover any I like, so I think painting my nails and wearing wine colored lipstick can be doable in the meantime.
2. I was watching the Food Network (what else?) and Giada arrived on. She was making some gorgeous delicious Italian dish which produced me realize that I can’t actually remember the final time I needed pasta. And then OMG I considered how much I really like melty lasagna and stuffed mushroom ravioli. Oh… and all that loaf of bread and cheese! Certainly that needed to fixed so I made this basic fast rotini dish with butternut sage sauce I may or might not have ascended to heaven later on. Seriously, it was THAT good.
3. I visited this cafe in Minneapolis, and I cannot tell you how impressed I used to be. It’s my brand-new favorite; if you ever business up to the Tundra that is definitely where you should go. Order the scallops… or the meatballs! To die for.
4. I’ve understood how important it is to never give up. On lifestyle. On happiness. On love. Or… on eating Halloween Oreos. What? It’s just not possible. Particularly when they’re covered in delicious chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt Greatest halloween treat ever?
I always claim yes to nutella. So dangerous, yet therefore rich and beautiful!
Which explains why it makes the perfect cookie dough.
Last weekend my Godkids and We made flourless peanut butter cookies , that have been incredibly delicious. I believed I’d try the same formula by replacing the nutella. That didn’t come out well because the dough spread wayyy too thin. So I attempted again with the addition of various levels of flour until I were left with my favorite crispy-on-the-outside-chewy-in-the-middle cookie. They turned out perfect!
My favorite component is that these cookies only take about 25 mins until they’re in your belly.
These are best served a tiny little bit warm. And obviously adding the sea salt is essential.
Seriously, do you know how hard it really is to photograph a few of these recipes without eating them all at once? Just about impossible. I simply had to sneak a bite.
Happy weekend and happy baking!

Wish I had fashioned only googled Nutella cookies before I tried it using the flourless pb cookie recipe! They did come out a little thin, but still good and chewey. I will try this formula as well as the Nutella and brown butter stuffed chocolate chip cookie recipe (OMG) next!
BTW, we shared a dark chocolate mint cookie a few weeks ago that was amazing and I would want to replicate it. It had been dark, dark chocolate with chocolate potato chips and mint parts running through it. I added some Andes mint parts to my Nutella flourless cookie and it had been good too. Have to work on it.
Also was it designed to be self raising or simply flour?
